Policies — Initial Each

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve any appointment. The deposit is applied to the cost of the service on the day of the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled, missed, or rescheduled outside of the allowed window, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the booking deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit and prepayment before being rebooked.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and forfeit their deposit. Time runs at scheduled start; late arrivals shorten the available appointment.

Pre-Care Compliance

I confirm I have read the pre-care instructions for my scheduled service and agree to follow them. Failure to follow pre-care (caffeine, alcohol, blood thinners, retinoids, etc.) may compromise results and may require my appointment to be postponed without refund of deposit.

Aftercare & Healing

I understand that healing results vary by client. I agree to follow all post-procedure aftercare instructions carefully, avoid sun, swimming, saunas, makeup over the area, and picking at the pigment. I understand a touch-up appointment is required at 6–12 weeks to consider any PMU procedure complete.

Guests, Children & Studio Environment

To protect the sterile environment, I will not bring additional guests or children to my appointment unless required by accessibility needs and approved in advance.

Results, Touch-Ups & Refunds

Permanent makeup is a multi-session process. Initial appointment plus touch-up are both required for completed results. Because pigment outcomes depend on skin, healing, and aftercare, no refunds are offered on services rendered.
